How Do We Start?

Getting started is easy. Follow these simple steps.

    Make your annual subscription payment via PayNow (scan the QR code)

  2. 2

    Send the successful payment screenshot to WhatsApp +65 8148 8824

  3. 3

    An email will be sent to you with your ID and password to login into the system

  4. 4

    Send us your chart of accounts and trial balance in Excel format (if migrating from another system)

  5. 5

    Indicate your bank account number for reconciliation

  6. 6

    Provide your financial year end information

  7. 7

    Specify any optional modules you'd like to add

  8. 8

    We'll set everything up for you and your team can start using the system

Terms & Conditions

  • Upfront payment of 12 months subscription
  • Renewal Invoice will be sent one month before due date
  • Notice required for any cessation of service one month before due date
  • All charges are in SGD. For overseas users, please consult
  • No pro-rata of subscription fee when start or exit from the plan
  • Service may be interrupted on accounts that reach 10 days past due
  • Optional modules are billed annually and can be added or removed at renewal

Can I add optional modules later?

Yes, you can add optional modules at any time. They will be prorated for the remaining subscription period or added at your next renewal.

Can I use this in other currencies?

Yes, drop us an email and we will set your reporting currency to your requirement. You will be billed in USD at a prevailing rate one month in advance before the renewal date. We can even set the user screen to be in your local language, other than English.

Do you support desktop version?

We encourage all users to move to the cloud. We do not support the desktop version as it is not cost-effective. We have moved away from PC-based version with very obvious advantages in the cloud environment.

What if I need more than the basic plan features?

You can add any of our optional modules to customize your plan according to your business needs. Contact our sales team to discuss the best combination for your requirements.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, we offer a 6-month trial plan. Pay $200 for 6 months to test drive our solution. When 180 days is due, you can top up the balance to the full subscription fee to continue a full-year subscription.
